It covers COP Portal integration, custom dashboard configuration, initial data architecture, and your first full audit cycle. It is billed once at contract activation and never recurs.
Can I upgrade my package mid-contract?
Yes. Package upgrades are available at any time with a 14-day transition period. You pay only the price difference for the remaining contract term. Downgrades are processed at the next renewal cycle.
What does "Permanent On-Site Auditor" mean?
Packet 3 includes a dedicated Grafasco-certified independent auditor embedded at your site on an ongoing basis — not periodic visits. They operate with full access to your operational data and report directly to your stakeholders.
How are SGD prices calculated?
SGD prices are set at a fixed conversion rate and are not subject to daily FX fluctuations. The rate is locked at contract signing for the full contract term, ensuring pricing certainty for Singapore-domiciled entities.
Is Packet 4 truly custom — what does that mean?
Packet 4 mandates begin with a scoping consultation. Architecture, staffing, integrations, and SLAs are negotiated per-engagement. Indicative starting points are shown in pricing, but the final number is always agreed by quotation.
